ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Amber yellow color. Fluid in the glass with hints of candied fruit and dried figs. A marked minerality and complexity envelop the palate. It goes well with dry biscuits and blue cheeses.

VINIFICATION
Processed after 45 days of drying, it loses up to 65% of its weight in a temperature and humidity controlled chamber, and then ferments for around 20 days in steam barriques where it then ages for around 10 months.
