ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
A unique bouquet of perfumes in which juniper, chocolate and coffee stand out. It has a dense, compact, and creamy color. A wine to be aged for years. It goes well with tozzetti or simply alone at the end of a meal.

VINIFICATION
Processed after 45 days of drying it loses up to 75% of its weight in a room at controlled temperature and humidity, and then ferments about 25 days with the skins. Refines 3 years in used barriques.

PERCENTAGE OF ALCOHOL: 14,5% variable in different years
IDEAL SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 14-16 °C
Contains sulfites.
