ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Grechetto and Viognier. Straw yellow, quite consistent and clear. The olfactory baggage is floral with pleasant mineral nuances. It goes well with any type of fish.
VINIFICATION
After destemming-crushing, the grapes are placed in a heat exchanger to reduce their temperature to 10-12 ° C. It undergoes a short maceration of 10 hours, after pressing the must is fermented for 15 days at 16 ° C. After filtration, it refines for two months in the bottle.
