VIGNAFANTE UMBRIA IGT RED
Composed of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, harvested at different times and assembled only after vinification. Inviting and subtle balsamic hints make up the olfactory picture. Agile and pleasantly savory on the palate. A wine for the whole meal, it can be combined with Mediterranean dishes.
After destemming-crushing, the macerated grapes ferments for 14 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Refine 12 months in steel. After filtration, it refines another 4 months in the bottle before being marketed.
