ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow with soft golden reflections. Intense olfactory baggage, exotic fruit, grapefruit and pleasant mineral nuances. The fresh-olfactory boost of long persistence is balanced. It goes well with grilled fish, squid and prawns. Excellent for aperitifs.
VINIFICATION
After destemming-crushing, the grapes are placed in a heat exchanger to reduce their temperature to 10-12 ° C. It undergoes a short maceration of 12 hours, after pressing the must is fermented for 20 days at 16 ° C.
