SAUDADE UMBRIA IGT ROSÈ
Soft pink, consistent and clear. Hints of cherry, strawberry and currant make up a complex, fresh and fruity aroma with a long persistence in the mouth. It goes well with white meats, fresh cheeses and grilled fish. Excellent for aperitifs.
Classic vinification in white but with the king of reds. After harvesting, the grapes macerate on the skins in the press for 2 hours, then lightly pressed. The must is then fermented between 13 and 16 ° C of temperature for 18 days. Periodic decanting is carried out to facilitate the cleaning of the wine, and then it is clarified and filtered after 3 months in steel. Refines 3 months in the bottle.
